Before taking the plunge into self-employment in 2012, Petrosjan worked for 12 years at various consulting firms, including several Big Four firms.
For more than 15 years, Petrosjan has focused on issues that require collaboration between support functions, such as Finance, HR, IT and Facilities. In 2017 in he received his doctorate from the Strategy Center of Nyenrode Business university on a study on the governance of collaboration.
During the same period, in addition to his work, he started several collaborations between (mostly independent) professionals. With the goal of creating more value together, for each other and society. And to continue to learn in practice about the optimal way to govern collaboration.

‘Creating a movement of meaning’ is what I love to do and do well. Getting people across disciplines and departments to realize a common, meaningful goal. This is also eminently what is needed in a CSRD implementation. Hence my enthusiasm for this topic.
