How we work
Our model is best characterized as a marketplace: we bring supply and demand together. And that for a specific niche. Indeed, we match organizations seeking young professionals for their corporate sustainability implementation, such as CSRD and CSDD projects, with young freelancers with knowledge in that field.
We aggregate this group of young women and men and offer them a platform so they can be found more easily by clients. Moreover, we offer the possibility of forming duos between junior and senior freelancers. How we do that, you will read below.
Most relevant assumptions of our model are:

If it comes to a match, you will enter into an agreement directly with that professional. We as Yimmies are not among them, to keep it as simple as possible. The fee for these young professionals is EUR 90 per hour (excluding VAT). All other preconditions, such as duration, etc., are therefore agreed upon directly with the young professional in question.

Do you prefer that the young professional in question be supervised in the background by a senior professional? That we are looking for an experienced independent professional. For this, we work with the CSRD Collective, a collaboration between independent professionals who specialize in that topic. With this variant, you pay EUR 100 per hour (excluding VAT). The difference, EUR 10, goes to the relevant senior professional.

In addition to the need for a young professional, do you need the use of a senior professional? Then we will find you a suitable freelancer from the CSRD Collective. You determine the exact terms (rate, etc.) of that senior’s commitment directly with him or her.

Are there jobs that can be done just fine remotely? If so, we call in one of our “remote Yimmies. These are young freelancers working from abroad. For remote clout, you pay EUR 70 per hour (excluding VAT).
